I was expecting the worst since my HVAC unit was over 14 years old, so was prepared to schedule for a new unit to be purchased & installed – BUT, the technician, Kyle Warthen, ID’d the problem quickly as just a blown service disconnect fuse & saved us big time! We had a planned replacement of 1 of 3 AC systems over the 4th of July weekend and just as the team started the replacement, a second system failed. The outside temperature was in the 90’s and the house was full of guests. You guys are my heros. I’ve been battling a mold problem for the past two years. My original AC company kept telling me everything was fine. I was given your name by Mike Cherry, who said that you really know your stuff. Boy, was he right. Evan was the first to look at my AC unit. He noticed problems right away. Before he left that day he had rewired my AC unit so that it was working properly, and suggested that Dan come look at the old damaged ducts. Gustavo and Dan came yesterday and replaced my moldy, nasty old ducts with new ones. Gustavo worked from 9AM to 9:30 pm, straight through. With the help of Dan, they accomplished a monumental task. Kudos to Dan Jackson and his installation team on the replacement of my three systems. Subsequently, when Glenn was performing the six month maintenance on the three systems he noticed some items that needed attention. He was very thorough and carefully document those items. Returned after trip to sweltering house. It was hotter and more humid than outside. AC unit had broken and house had odors and we needed immediate relief. Did internet search and found EAC and requested service ASAP. Bruce arrived early next morning-and determined our nearly 10 yr old unit was broken…..could be repaired, but recommended considering a replacement. He called Dan Jackson to give me estimates.
