E.A.C. Heating & Air is open and taking steps to keep our customers and employees safe during this difficult time. We know that HVAC emergencies won’t stop for COVID-19 and we are here to ensure you’re comfortable in your home, especially now that your home has become a classroom, office, daycare, and more. We have protocols in place to ensure your family is safe. Upon customer request our protocol includes:
- Proper glove protocol can be used, worn as we walk into your home to avoid bringing the outside into your home.
- Masks are worn if requested while in contact with customers.
- All of our employees carry hand sanitizer with them (techs and salespeople).
- We have the ability to complete everything paperless.
