Excellent company with well trained and very professional technicians. This was my 1st service under my service contract on 2 separate properties and my technician (Kyle I think) performed a very thorough maintenance check and cleaning of both units along with filter replacements. I very highly recommend this Company for all of your AC/Heating requirements.

We have been with EAC for almost 12 years. Our upstairs A/C stopped working on Friday afternoon. I called the answering service on Saturday and got a very fast response. Bobby was thorough, polite and informative. Got the issue resolved quickly.

EAC ensure that we got one of the new units in a timely manner and beat everyone’s price. They did an amazing job were extremely thorough and very neat upon completion. The done a wonderful job from start to finish. Contacted them and the next afternoon my HVAC was working. They told me a technician would show up at a certain time and they did. Less than an hour later, my house is cooling down. Very happy with experience
George was extremely professional from the moment he responded to our call when our AC stopped working. He was the after hours shift and reassured us he would get to us asap and he did. He was able to get everything back up and running smoothly. He knew exactly what the issue was and able to rectify it.
EAC’s Jereme, their sr technician, corrected many poorly installed drain pipes and other design issues to protect me from future problems. I’ve had three other HVAC companies over the years all of whom I fired and EAC is clearly a top tier service company which I highly recommend. Their twice yearly service contract includes things others do not. Highly recommended.
We had a schedule issue and asked dispatch for the tech to be at the house early. Bobby arrived a 8am. He brought in everything he needed on the first trip. He is efficient and a nice guy. We love EAC.

Our HVAC system went out at my wife’s store, The Pink Pineapple on Hilton Head. We called EAC and they sent a technician out in a couple of hours. The technician Josh was very knowledgeable and efficient. He figured out what was wrong and gave us a quote, which was very reasonable. He took care of the problem quickly. It was a great response time and much appreciated.
